I’m Susan, originally from the Philippines and have been happily living in Fife for 40 years. I have seen the changes leading to a multicultural community. The making of Lola’s Kitchen is my way of presenting a part of the Philippine culture by sharing authentic Filipino food, a fusion of oriental tastes that every Filipinos are proud of.

Lola’s Kitchen started as a passion for sharing authentic Filipino food with the community. Inspired by the flavors that filled our childhood homes, we set out to bring a taste of the Philippines to Scotland—where every dish tells a story of tradition, love, and home.
