Hi, I’m Lynne.

I have worked in HR across both the private and public sectors for over 20 years and established LaunchHR in April 2026.

Throughout my HR career, I have seen first-hand the value that practical HR support can bring to organisations and their people. Over time, I recognised that many organisations need access to professional HR expertise but do not require an in-house HR function or want the commitment of a monthly retained service.

I established LaunchHR to help bridge that gap by providing flexible, practical HR support tailored to the needs of each organisation, without the commitment of a monthly retainer. My aim is to make professional HR expertise more accessible and affordable, helping organisations navigate people-related challenges with confidence.
