Heather Stuart has held a range of senior positions establishing and leading large and complex organisations and services across the private sector, local and central government, and the charity sector. Her current position is Chief Executive at Fife Cultural Trust, and also Vice chair at Pitlochry Festival Theatre. She leads the Cultural Portfolio Lead for VOCAL Scotland (the national association for culture and leisure managers in Scotland) and she was recognised for her national contribution to arts and culture at the debut Scottish Womens’ Awards in 2017.
